The oldtime slow jam will take place every second and fourth Sunday @ Brooklyn Rod & Gun Club. This group was started to provide a place for acoustic instrument musicians of all playing levels to meet, jam, collaborate and have fun playing with others. The hope is to have a convenient location and time for regular biweekly jams. Another goal is to find a venue to host a regular open-mic.

We are a group of acoustic musicians who like to meet and play a variety of songs. We play from an organized setlist and members can submit suggestions for each meetup. The format is a group jam where everyone plays the songs together. There is an evolving setlist for each meetup and we usually start with the group setlist suggestions and then open the floor for new songs. Its a great opportunity to meet fellow musicians and share our love of music.
