Looking for other guitarists to jam on anything Dead. Love the old -timey acoustic stuff of Garcia and Grisman, but open to play any Dead tunes. We are a group of composers of original electronic music in North Jersey. We get together to socialize, workshop music, collaborate, and jam. Most of us use Ableton's Live, but whatever you can jam on is welcome as long as it fits the theme of electronic (digital/analog) live music. We are not generally DJ's because we are the ones producing the music in the first place and our focus is on original tunes and spontaneous creation.

A group to come together and "jam" on the Ukulele (all ages, skills and Ukulele sizes welcome). No particular level of experience is needed, just play the notes and chords that you can manage. The Ukulele is a great instrument for beginners and experienced players alike. (Many times easer to learn to strum than the the guitar) Within a few minutes you can learn a few songs. And playing with a group will push you to learn more, while meeting new friends.
